2.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the maju24 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. maju24 makes no representation that the services are legal or appropriate in all jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is at your own legal risk.
2.4 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of maju24 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to create player accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the platform.
3.1 To access real-money gaming features on maju24, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) maju24 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or personal details — is strictly prohibited. maju24 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balance may be forfeited at maju24's sole discretion.
3.3 You agree to promptly notify maju24 of any changes to your registration information by contacting customer support. maju24 may require documentary evidence to process such updates.
3.4 maju24 reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing reasons.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before maju24 processes withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and may include proof of address and proof of payment method.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your maju24 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.2 Any activity conducted through your maju24 account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, irrespective of whether or not such activity was actually authorised by you, unless you have previously reported to maju24 that your account credentials have been compromised.
4.3 You must notify maju24 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. maju24 will temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. maju24 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to comply with your obligations under this section.
4.4 maju24 staff will never request your password. Any communication purporting to be from maju24 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to maju24 immediately.
5.1 All transactions on the maju24 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). maju24 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
5.2 Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed on the maju24 platform, which include but are not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the deposit page at the time of the transaction.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously verified by maju24. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. maju24 reserves the right to request additional verification prior to processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Withdrawal processing times are subject to maju24's standard processing schedule and the processing times of the relevant payment provider. Indicative timelines are provided on the platform but are not guaranteed. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 30 minutes during normal operational hours.
5.5 maju24 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which maju24 accepts no responsibility.
5.6 maju24 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
6.1 maju24 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which shall form part of these Terms.
6.2 Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.
6.3 maju24 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that such withdrawal or modification shall not affect bonuses already claimed and in compliance with applicable terms at the time of claiming.
6.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements, hedging bonus bets, or exploiting software errors, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. maju24 may void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in such circumstances.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the maju24 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or crash games — as published on the platform. These product-specific rules supplement and form part of these Terms.
7.2 A bet or wager is binding upon confirmation by the maju24 system. maju24 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at manifestly incorrect odds, or placed in circumstances indicating technical malfunction, data feed error, or system error.
7.3 maju24 reserves the right to impose bet limits at the account and platform level. Stake limits and maximum payout amounts applicable to specific products are published within the respective product interfaces.
7.4 All live casino games on the maju24 platform use certified Random Number Generators or physical dealing equipment under the supervision of trained pit staff. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the maju24 platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, maju24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 maju24's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your maju24 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
10.3 maju24 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits maju24's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 maju24 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every player's account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-exclusion, once activated, takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period selected by the player. 12.2 maju24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where maju24 reasonably determines that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) account closure is required to comply with regulatory obligations; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.
12.3 Where an account is closed by maju24 due to a material breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13.1 maju24 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amended terms taking effect.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which maju24 holds its operating licence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the player's jurisdiction of residence.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and maju24, you should first contact maju24 customer support to seek informal resolution. maju24 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
14.3 Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures established under the applicable licensing authority's framework, including reference to the relevant independent adjudication service where available.
